We started out from modest beginnings, and over time Cool River Construction has gained momentum in both the commercial and residential construction arena, mainly through referrals and by "word of mouth."
Legacy
I was groomed at an early age to be self-motivated, and forward thinking. My parents introduced me to be faithful to your work, and that a relationship is more important than the dollar.
Our belief and who we are
We are Jay and Kathy Richardson, together we operate Cool River Construction.
We abide by the policies, rules, and guidelines of the governing agencies set in place by the City/County Departments and Contractors State License Board.
We understand that it is a privilege to own a business and represent oneself well to the community it provides service to.
